• Cancel 7+ days before the session for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
• If you cannot attend, you may transfer your seat to another participant at no extra cost.
• If Talkzure cancels or postpones, you may choose a full refund or a new date/credit.

Refunds/credits are handled case-by-case based on engagement terms and work completed.
